Change department outline levels and sequence to build parent-child relationships

• Select a department, then press “COMMAND” + “LEFT / RIGHT” to change its outline level
• In the outline panel, use “COMMAND” + “MOUSE UP/DOWN” to move a department within or across groups (if the mouse is on the photo column, you do not need to press “COMMAND”)
• Or select a department and press “OPTION” + “LEFT / RIGHT” to change its order within the same group
• Or in the chart panel, use “COMMAND” + “MOUSE MOVE” to move a department to become a child of another department
